My Practice

My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on different therapeutic perspectives, paying attention to both the influence of your past and current circumstances. This also means I am flexible; I believe in us collaboratively developing an approach that best supports you as an individual. The relationship we establish is fundamental to the work we do and can offer important insights about other relationships in your life. I believe therapy can be transformational; not only in terms of supporting behavioural changes, but also in developing a deeper insight into yourself and the relationships in your life.
